Situation:The client was relocating their department into a new building and wanted to make the best use of their space. Prior to relocation, patient files were stored in multiple locations. They wanted to consolidate all the patient files as well as storing those from previous years.

Solution: We proposed the seven- compartment cabinets with a slide-a-side deck and rail system.

The slide-a-side mobile storage system accommodates nine seven-compartment locking cabinets for a total capacity of 2142 linear filing inches.

The client was able to house 12,852 patient files in one location, while keeping all patient files confidential.
