The seven-compartment cabinet also has the smallest footprint at 36 inches wide and 13 ½" inches deep.

We also proposed a change in the client's filing system: The new cabinet is designed to house files in a side-tab identifiable format.

With the additional use of factory supplied color-coding labels, productivity will be enhanced by 40%. The new system also helps stop misfiles.

The client is now able to house 3800 patient files in one location, in only two cabinets. The new cabinets are also helpful in keeping all patient files confidential.
